Job summary

Taphouse Hotel Group in Tweed Heads, NSW, is seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hospitality pub. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing the team and driving commercial performance.

You will oversee operations, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure compliance, and work closely with kitchen and gaming teams. A NSW RSA/RCG and Approved Manager certificate are required, or the willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in senior hospitality or venue management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse hospitality teams.
• Proven commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Experience in food and beverage operations, gaming, and functions.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance and venue operations.
• Hands-on approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current NSW RSA, RCG and Approved Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Taphouse Hotel Group is a growing hospitality business with a focus on creating welcoming local venues that deliver outstanding food, beverage, and customer experiences. As we continue to invest in our business, we're seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our established pubs in the Tweed Region.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of a busy hospitality venue. You'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, drive commercial performance, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

You’llhave the opportunity to influence the direction of the venue while maintaining high standards across service, compliance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
