Job summary

Private Advertiser in Perth is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to own a new venue and drive a high-performing team from the front. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage guest experience, and push for strong commercial results.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in hospitality management, rostering, cost control and staff development. You will report to an experienced operations group and enjoy autonomy to shape the venue’s performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within hospitality, QSR, restaurants, pubs, cafés, retail or another high-volume environment.
• Strong operator able to manage rostering, labour, stock, compliance, sales and costs.
• Commercially focused with experience working towards budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams, coaching other managers and emerging leaders.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Hospitality Manager to take ownership of a new venue and lead a strong team.

This role would suit an established hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, driving results and taking charge of the overall performance of their venue.

The Role

Lead a High-Volume Operation: Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a busy venue.

Drive Commercial Results: Manage sales, labour, costs, budgets and key operational targets to deliver strong results.

Lead a Large Team: Build an engaged and high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching and clear expectations.

Own the Customer Experience: Maintain high standards across service, quality and overall venue presentation.

Responsibilities
