Job summary

Metro Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Venue Manager in NSW to lead a multi-venue operation and shape its evolution. You will be hands-on, driving performance and team development while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

With a minimum of five years in venue leadership, you will manage daily operations, optimize profitability and maintain high service standards. RSA/RCG certificates are required, and a rotating roster is part of the role.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in venue, hotel, pub or club leadership.
• Strong commercial knowledge and experience growing venue sales & profitability
• Exceptional gaming & systems knowledge, including POS, poker machines, TAB and KENO.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in venue, hotel, pub or club management, with a proven ability to lead teams, oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• You will be a hands-on and results-driven leader who can motivate teams, maintain high service standards and build strong relationships with employees, clients and customers. With a proactive approach and strong commercial awareness, you will confidently manage competing priorities, resolve customer issues and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the venue.
• You will bring excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, along with proven gaming & systems knowledge across POS, poker machines, TAB and KENO. You will also hold current NSW RSA and RCG Certificates and demonstrate a professional approach to venue leadership and operations.
