About the Position

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of a busy, high-volume hotel and hospitality operation in Bendigo. Offering a $130,000 total package, you will oversee all aspects of the venue, leading teams across accommodation, food & beverage, gaming, bar and functions. You will drive performance, maintain high operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing a strong, engaged team. Ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader with proven experience across hotel, gaming and F&B operations who thrives on full venue accountability.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager, General Manager or similar in a multi-faceted hotel or large hospitality venue
• Strong background across hotel operations, food & beverage and gaming
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while driving results and accountability
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and P&L
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Current Victorian RSA and RSG (or willingness to obtain) essential; relevant gaming and liquor licensing knowledge required
• Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Hands-on leadership style suited to a busy regional venue
