ALH Hotels is seeking a creative Venue Admin Support and Marketing Specialist for Sunnybank Hotel. This hybrid role splits 3 days of Venue Support Officer duties with 2 days dedicated to venue marketing and content creation.

You will manage local social media, website, photography and Canva-driven content, while handling financial reconciliations, POS records, stock control, and compliance reviews. Collaboration and confidentiality are essential as you support peak trade periods and team

Formación

• Social media management and marketing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills across phone, email and in person.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized administration with attention to detail.
• Willingness to support venue team on floor during peak times.
