You will handle customer inquiries, manage social channels and website content, perform reconciliations, stock checks, and assist with compliance.

• Own the venue's local social channels, website, photography, and Canva-based design to drive local engagement and foot traffic.
• Perform reconciliations, maintain POS registers, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Manage stock controls, perform stock takes, and flag variances for loss prevention.
• Ensure visa obligations are met for team members and review venue reports for insights.
