Job summary

Sunnybank Hotel is seeking a creative Venue Admin Support and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role splits 3 days of Venue Support Officer duties with 2 days dedicated to marketing and content creation, including social media management and Canva-based design.

You will manage local social channels, update the website, handle photography, reconcile finances, and support stock control while ensuring data integrity and privacy. Collaboration with the venue team is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in social media marketing and customer service.
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Respect and protect privacy and confidentiality of information.
Able to support venue team on the sales floor during peak times.

Responsibilities

Own the venue's local social media channels and website updates, photography, and Canva-based graphics to drive local engagement.
Perform financial reconciliations and maintain POS records with data integrity across ALH systems.
Manage stock control and stocktakes; highlight variances and assist with audits and loss prevention.
Ensure VISA obligations are met for team members in ALH systems and review venue reports for insights.
Support the venue team on the floor during peak trade periods and contribute to team meetings.
