Sunnybank Hotel is seeking a creative Venue Admin Support and Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role combining venue support duties with dedicated marketing responsibilities. You will manage local social channels, website content, photography and Canva-driven design to boost community engagement.

The role also covers financial reconciliations, stock control, data integrity across ALH systems, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the team during peak periods.

• You provide outstanding customer service across phone, email and in-person channels.
• Experience or strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
• You understand and protect privacy & confidentiality of sensitive information.
• You maintain a well-organised administration area and support the venue team.

Mansioni

• Own local social media channels, website updates, photography, and Canva-driven design to drive community engagement and foot traffic.
• Perform financial reconciliations, manage POS registers, and ensure data integrity across ALH systems.
• Manage stock control and stocktakes, highlight variances, and support audits and loss prevention.
• Ensure VISA obligations are managed for team members in ALH systems and review venue reports for actionable feedback.
