Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt Prospect is seeking a Venue Leader to energize a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across every shift. This hands-on role blends people leadership with operational excellence to keep stock, rosters, and food safety on track.

• Oversee rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling, venue administration, and compliance.

• Ensure exceptional standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, training completion, and operational execution.

• Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
