Job summary

Yo-Chi Surry Hills is hiring a Casual Team Leader to guide the floor during busy shifts, set the standard for service, and help create the fun, welcoming Yo-Chi vibe.

You will coach team members, open and close the venue, handle stock and cash, keep the venue clean and safe, and deliver memorable guest experiences with energy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
• Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
• Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.

• Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
