Job summary

Yo-Chi Chatswood is hiring casual Team Leaders to guide front-line staff during busy shifts and uphold Yo-Chi’s high standards of service and cleanliness.

You will lead by example, coach team members, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure seamless guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality across the venue.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Motivates others and brings positive energy to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident in decision-making and problem solving during shifts.
• Available to work rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities
