Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is opening a brand-new Ferny Grove venue and seeks a motivated Assistant Venue Leader to energise teams, lead shifts and deliver unforgettable guest experiences from day one.

You will support the Venue Leader, help the team shine, keep the venue compliant and running smoothly, and contribute to a fun, inclusive culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or QSR is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Guest-first mindset and can-do attitude feared.

Yo-Chi is in the middle of our biggest expansion yet, and we want a passionate Assistant Venue Leader to help us bring the Yo-Chi vibes to life at Ferny Grove.

As an Assistant Venue Leader, you'll be at the heart of the action, leading shifts, supporting your team, keeping energy high, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
