Yo-Chi - Embrace the Chi Pty Ltd is seeking a Venue General Manager for our Windsor Melbourne venue. Lead from the front to create exceptional guest experiences and run the venue smoothly, while inspiring a high-performing team.

You’ll own venue performance, champion quality and safety, and drive community engagement to grow the Yo-Chi brand in a busy precinct. Attractive salary with super and KPI incentives accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hospitality or retail teams in high-volume settings.
• Confident in managing budgets, labour, COGS and P&L performance.
• Energetic, resilient, and motivated to grow with Yo-Chi.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences and set team standards.
• Coach and inspire the team to perform at their best.
• Drive service, quality, safety and presentation standards across the venue.
• Take financial accountability for labour, costs and P&L to deliver strong results.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture through recruitment, training and retention.
• Engage with the local community through events and partnerships to grow Yo-Chi.

We're building the team and now seeking a Venue General Manager to lead our much loved Windsor Yo-Chi venue. Right in the heart of one of Melbourne’s busiest, most vibrant precincts. Filled with good vibes and often lines out the door!

Lead from the front, create exceptional guest experiences, and run the venue smooth as swirl. Inspire and grow a strong team, champion quality and safety, and take full ownership of your venue’s performance and results.
