Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is seeking a hands-on Venue Leader to join our Fish Market team in Sydney. You will own daily operations, rostering, stock and cash handling while delivering the vibrant guest experience Yo-Chi is known for.

Lead and mentor a great team, drive KPI performance, ensure food safety and quality, and collaborate with the wider leadership team to meet venue goals. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and loves building a

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
• Strong operational skills including rostering, stock management and team performance.
• A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and get things done.
• Ability to build a positive team culture and genuinely connect with people.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different team members.
• Calm under pressure, resilient and able to think on your feet.
• Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster.
