Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Noosa is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead a fast-paced hospitality team, own day-to-day operations, and set the tone for outstanding guest experiences. You will manage rosters, costs, stock, and P&L while partnering with your Area Leader on growth initiatives.

As Venue General Manager, you are the heartbeat of our Noosa venue bringing the energy, setting the tone, and leading a team that genuinely loves what they do. You will own the day-to-day: every shift running like clockwork, every guest walking out happier than they walked in, and the vibe always high.

What You'll Be Doing

• Confidence with rostering, cost control and day-to-day venue financials
