What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
• Lead an exceptional guest experience that captures the energy and spirit of Yo-Chi.
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
• Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage labour, COGS, and P&L to deliver strong commercial performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high performing team members.
• Build strong connections with the Malverncommunity through local engagement and activations.

• A hands on leader who loves being on the floor and leading alongside their team
• Commercially aware with 3-5 + years experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
• Someone passionate about building great teams, strong culture and exceptional guest experiences.
