Job summary

Yo-Chi is seeking an Assistant Venue Leader for our Surfers venue on the Gold Coast. You will be the right hand to the Venue Leader, keeping the venue buzzing and the team energized to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll lead shifts when required, coach staff, manage stock and safety standards, and help drive key metrics and the venue P&L. A proactive, adaptable leader with hospitality or retail leadership experience will thrive here.

• Leadership experience in hospitality or retail is required.
• Able to build and grow high-performing teams.
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Organised, adaptable and eager to level up.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Maintain energy and ensure smooth venue operations.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety and efficiency standards.
• Support inventory and stock management.
• Train, coach and develop a motivated team.
• Drive metrics like labour, COGs and venue performance.
• Collaborate with Venue Leader on P&L delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support inventory and stock management
• Train, coach and grow a motivated, high-performing team
• Help drive key metrics including labour, COGs and venue performance
• Work alongside your Venue Leader to deliver on the venue P&L

• Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR!)
