Job summary

Yo-Chi Chatswood is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead a busy, high-energy venue in Chatswood. You will shape team culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure effective on-floor leadership across shifts.

You’ll coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time, while overseeing daily operations, labour, COGS, and P&L to drive strong commercial performance. A passion for hospitality and community connection is essential.

• Commercially aware, with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
• A natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.

As Venue General Manager, you'll shape the team culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and make the venue a place the local community genuinely loves.
