Job summary

Vinarchy group. in Sydney seeks a Vendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support to influence customer performance and optimise inventory across our wholesale network.

You will build relationships with wholesale customers and internal teams, manage replenishment, product changes and pricing updates, and drive improvements in stock availability and service levels. This role offers a 9–12 month fixed term contract with potential for permanency and a hybrid Sydney-based work arrangement.

• Proven experience in replenishment or inventory planning within a fast-moving environment.
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and customer supply priorities.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for complex reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and replenishment outcomes across independent wholesale partners.
• Review stock-on-hand data, POs, allocations and inventory risks to maintain service levels.
• Identify and resolve supply challenges including stock shortages and aged inventory.
• Manage product master data, launches, ranging changes and discontinuations.
• Coordinate pricing implementation and CPI updates across customer systems.
• Monitor warehouse and service-level performance and identify operational improvements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Ops Excellence and Sales for commercial outcomes.
• Provide reporting and actionable insights to support customer growth.

We're now seeking a highly organised and commercially mindedVendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support professional to join our Sydney-based Independent Sales team and help drive service excellence across our wholesale network.

This will be 9-12 month fixed term contract (with potential to convert into a permanent role).

About The Role

This is more than a replenishment role. The Vendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support, will influence customer performance, optimise inventory investment, and help shape the success of Vinarchy's independent wholesale channel by bringing together customers, commercial teams, and supply chain operations.

You'll build strong relationships with wholesale customers and internal stakeholders, proactively managing inventory, replenishment planning, product changes, pricing updates, new product launches and operational performance. You'll be the go-to expert when it comes to stock availability, supply challenges and process improvements, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inventory and replenishment outcomes across multiple independent wholesale partners.
• Reviewing stock-on-hand data, purchase orders, allocations and inventory risks to maintain service levels and product availability.
• Identifying and resolving supply challenges including stock shortages, QA holds, delivery disruptions and aged inventory.
• Managing product master data including new product launches, ranging changes, vintage transitions, barcode updates and product discontinuations.
• Coordinating pricing implementation, promotional pricing and CPI updates across customer systems.
• Monitoring warehouse and service-level performance and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Operations Excellence and Sales teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Providing reporting, analysis and actionable insights to support customer growth and operational efficiency

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven experience within a replenishment, inventory planning or customer supply function and be comfortable working in a highly data-driven environment.

You'll be able to demonstrate:

• 3+ years' experience in Vendor Replenishment Planning, Customer Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Customer Operations or Supply Chain Operations
• FMCG, beverage, grocery, retail or wholesale distribution experience.
• Experience managing replenishment, inventory, purchase orders and customer supply activities within a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, customers and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Experience analysing stock-on-hand, inventory, aged stock, service level and replenishment data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Strong track record of identifying issues proactively and driving solutions through to resolution.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query capability, including complex reporting, analysis, data manipulation and forecasting activities.

Highly desirable

• Exposure to independent wholesale customers or complex multi-customer supply environments.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, pricing implementation and product lifecycle management.
• Exposure to demand planning, supply planning or customer supply chain functions.
