About the role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Operational Excellence Support professional to join our Commercial team in Sydney.

This role plays a critical part in supporting our Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving processes and providing reporting and analytical insights that enable better business decisions.

Working closely with teams across Retail, On Premise, E-Retail and Field Sales, you'll help improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness and operational performance through data, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting operational excellence initiatives across our sales function
• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and sales scorecards
• Managing reporting requirements and delivering insights to stakeholders
• Supporting sales process improvements and change initiatives
• Maintaining customer and sales data accuracy across systems
• Responding to operational requests and managing team inbox enquiries
• Assisting with distribution performance analysis and sales reporting
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Logistics, IT and other business functions to drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in sales operations, business support or commercial operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards and large datasets
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach and continuous improvement mindset
• Alcohol or FMCG experience will be highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous

The salary band for this position is: $78,000 - $83,000 + super + wine allowance
