Job summary

Lakes Hyundai in North Lakes, QLD, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role ensures a seamless customer experience from sale to vehicle delivery, coordinating logistics and administration of deliveries.

You will liaise between sales, service and customers to guarantee timely, high-quality handovers and maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of vehicle deliveries to ensure timely handovers.
• Liaise with sales team for delivery requirements and customer preferences.
• Communicate delivery dates, times and special instructions to customers.
• Prepare delivery documentation including inspection reports and handover packs.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure quality before handover.
• Maintain delivery records and schedules, and manage related paperwork.
• Resolve delivery-related issues or concerns with customers or staff.
• Collaborate with service department to coordinate vehicle prep.
