Lakes Hyundai is hiring a Parts Assistant for our North Lakes, Queensland location. This full-time role supports the Parts Manager, handling parts from receipt through to customer service and warranty processing. You'll work on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Bring experience from automotive parts or similar retail/warehouse settings, strong organisation, and good computer skills. A driver’s licence is preferred, and weekend hours may be required.

• Experience in automotive parts department or similar retail/warehouse environment.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, catalogue, and organise vehicle parts and accessories.
• Process customer parts orders accurately using dealership systems.
• Locate and retrieve parts from inventory for service requests.
• Assist with stock levels and inventory counts.
• Provide parts recommendations and product information to customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised parts area.
• Process returns and warranty claims for defective parts.
• Support Parts Manager with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Assist with ordering parts from suppliers and track deliveries.
• Maintain records of parts inventory and transactions.
