Job summary

Bartons Motor Group in Brisbane is seeking a Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Wynnum sales team. You’ll become the customer’s main contact from sale to handover, book delivery times, and ensure a smooth, brand‑standard handover with every vehicle.

Work with sales, finance, workshop and detailing to have each vehicle fully prepped. Manage the delivery calendar, confirm paperwork, and follow up after delivery to encourage reviews and referrals, delivering a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, retail or automotive background.
• Highly organised with ability to juggle deliveries and deadlines.
• Confident and warm communication, in person and on the phone.
• Interest in cars/tech and ability to explain clearly.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Take over each sold vehicle from the Sales Consultant and contact the customer within one business day to book their delivery.
• Keep customers updated from booking to handover, and deal with any delays quickly and openly.
• Manage the delivery calendar and delivery bays, especially at month and quarter end.
• Work with sales, finance, workshop, accessories and detailing so every vehicle is fully ready before the customer arrives.
• Check that paperwork, finance, funds, rego and CTP are all in place before any vehicle is released.
• Hand over each vehicle personally, with a full walk-around covering safety tech, infotainment and connected services, and help customers set up apps like Bluelink and myHyundai.
• Show EV and hybrid buyers how charging, range and regenerative braking work.
• Explain warranty, roadside assist and servicing, and book first services where possible.
• Follow up with every customer after delivery, encourage reviews and referrals, and support strong customer survey results.
• Keep accurate CRM/DMS records and a delivery register.
