Bartons Motor Group in Brisbane invites applications for a GWM Sales Consultant to join our Capalaba showroom. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience, lead customers from enquiry to vehicle handover, and drive sales for a fast-growing brand in a modern showroom environment.

You'll conduct test drives, present features confidently, manage leads, build relationships for repeat business, and work toward sales targets while staying updated on the GWM range.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but strong retail or customer service backgrounds are welcome to transition.
• Positive, motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in working toward sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through vehicle handover.
• Conduct test drives and present features confidently.
• Manage leads and sales inquiries effectively.
• Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
