Job summary

McPeake Facility Services Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Vacant Property Works Coordinator to organise maintenance and refurbishment across vacant social housing properties in West Melbourne. You will work with project managers, supervisors and trades to ensure timely completion and quality.

The role requires coordinating multiple properties, arranging materials, deliveries and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records while supporting inspections and handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating property maintenance, building works or trade services.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear communication and a practical approach to following up tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works from allocation through to completion across multiple vacant properties.
