Job summary

• Experience in operational management, contract management or service delivery.
• Experience across planned, responsive, upgrade or project works.
• Experience coordinating employees and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Confident planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vacant, upgrade, programmed and project works
• Coordinate regional resources, employees and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, costs and service delivery outcomes
• Support subcontractor quality, compliance and value for money
• Monitor performance through WorkBuddy, dashboards and reporting
• Build positive relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
• Support safety, quality, environmental and governance requirements
• Coach and develop team members
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience
• Coordinate after-hours support and operational escalations
