Possability Group is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to manage maintenance across a diverse property portfolio in East Melbourne. You will coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities to keep properties safe, functional, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination or property management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Experience with MS Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
• Managing service requests relating to repairs, cleaning, gardening, facility setups, and property make-goods.
• Liaising with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Supporting the procurement and management of service providers across the property portfolio.
• Ensuring contractor compliance, including licences, insurances, certifications, and other requirements.
• Assisting with maintenance planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate records and property information through property management systems.
• Building strong working relationships with operational teams to ensure facilities support service delivery outcomes.
