Job summary

Westpac Group is hiring a Unite Transformation Capability Lead to shape and govern the UNITE EDGE capability. You will own multi-year roadmaps, prioritise investments and orchestrate cross-functional work, aligning strategy with execution and performance measures.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive operating rhythms, and ensure ongoing development of capabilities, culture and workforce transition across the transformation program.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise strategy and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to build a new function from the ground up, including operating rhythms.
• Strong leadership and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Unite Transformation capability strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the capability team, set objectives, allocate work and drive performance.
• Own portfolio prioritisation, sequencing and investment recommendations.
• Establish team operating rhythm and prepare key decisions for governance.
• Coordinate work with partners and resolve dependencies and gaps.
• Embed learning, development and leadership routines in delivery.
