Westpac is looking for a Change and Adoption Lead to head the Unite Transformation Capability Team's change, culture and adoption strategy in Australia. You will drive the DDO shift, ensuring leadership behaviours translate into sustained practice and measurable performance improvement.

Responsibilities include owning the integrated strategy, building adoption systems, and coordinating TDI, coaching, feedback and capability initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in enterprise change leadership and behaviour change adoption.
• Experience managing change that yields meaningful impact.
• Ability to mobilise senior leaders across organisational boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated change, culture and adoption strategy.
• Develop and maintain adoption journeys and reinforcement mechanisms.
• Lead sponsorship, readiness, adoption measurement and intervention.
• Connect TDI, coaching, feedback, communities and capability.
• Equip leadership and managers with practical tools and coaching.
