Qualifications

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in person.
• Schedule service and repair work, prepare quotes and coordinate vehicle check-ins.
• Liaise with technicians and internal departments to provide timely updates and keep work on track.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Complete warranty administration accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting — and exceeding — service expectations.
