Job summary

Daimler Trucks Albury is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will guide customers from booking through to vehicle collection, provide accurate service options, and coordinate bookings with workshop schedules.

You will build lasting customer relationships, deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced automotive environment, and work closely with technicians to communicate service updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or service advisor roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Service Manager, you will partner with departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Build strong customer relationships by keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
• Provide customers with accurate advice on servicing, maintenance, and options.
• Coordinate service bookings and assist in managing workshop schedules for efficient operations.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication.
• Verify customer requirements are met and ensure satisfaction at vehicle collection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and with a solutions-focused approach.
