Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Transport Information Manager to oversee front-line information dissemination to customers and stakeholders during unplanned incidents, planned events and road occupancies. You will lead a team delivering timely and actionable public communications.

You will drive customer information strategies, mentor staff, and coordinate media management across channels in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment at the Transport Management Centre in Eveleigh.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operational communications within 24/7 environments.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear public messages.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring staff.
• Tertiary qualifications in communications or related field.

• Lead the delivery of timely customer information during incidents and events.
