Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating customer-focused communications across traditional and digital channels.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and real-time communications for public transport operations and disruptions.
• Develop clear, accessible content for service updates, publications and digital channels.
• Build relationships with operators, project teams and stakeholders to support engagement.
• Coordinate review, approval and delivery of communications materials with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support media activities by monitoring issues and preparing responses.
• Contribute to improvements in communications and customer experience based on feedback.
