Job summary

Will brown Transport is seeking a sharp allocator to keep our Queensland fleet moving. You will allocate and schedule jobs across Brisbane and Toowoomba trucks, plus Townsville long-haul runs, working closely with drivers to plan routes and pickups.

You will juggle changing priorities and last-minute bookings, maintaining clear communication with customers and the office. We value calm, organized team players who can stay composed as schedules shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport allocation, dispatch or logistics is preferred (not essential for right person).
• Strong knowledge of Brisbane and its suburbs is essential.
• Clear communicator who gets on well with drivers.
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
