Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting for an experienced Transformation Support Lead to join a nationally significant transformation program in Canberra. The role focuses on governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and portfolio coordination to enable enterprise-wide change outcomes.

The successful candidate will support governance processes, maintain dashboards and artefacts, coordinate meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks and risk management

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, PMO, portfolio, program or project delivery environments.
• Ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefs and executive documentation.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, planning, tracking and reporting of transformation initiatives.
• Work with delivery teams and governance forums to enable portfolio outcomes.
• Prepare governance documentation for executive stakeholders.
