Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Transformation Support Lead to join a nationally significant transformation program. This role focuses on governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and portfolio coordination to enable strategic outcomes.

The successful candidate will support governance processes, prepare executive documentation, maintain portfolio dashboards and help drive continuous improvement across delivery teams and enabling functions in

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, PMO, portfolio, program or project delivery environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports, briefs and executive documentation.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical solutions.
• Experience supporting governance processes, reporting, risk management and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the governance, planning, tracking and reporting of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Work with delivery teams, senior leaders and governance forums to enable portfolio outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, presentations and governance documentation for executive stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting artefacts, schedules, roadmaps and performance reporting.
• Support portfolio governance activities, including coordinating meetings, forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor program milestones, dependencies, risks and issues across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Assist with development and continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, templates, tools and processes.
• Contribute to risk management activities, including maintaining risk registers and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Support benefits realisation and performance measurement through tracking KPIs and outcomes.
• Analyse information and provide insights to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across business and enabling functions to support delivery outcomes.
• Promote best practice portfolio and project management approaches and culture of continuous improvement.
