Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Change Management Officer to support the successful delivery of large-scale business transformation and change initiatives. You will design and implement change management strategies, coach stakeholders, and champion adoption across complex programs to realise lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management outcomes within complex projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Ability to develop and implement practical change management strategies and plans.
• Experience coaching leaders and stakeholders through organisational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and evaluation of change management activities.
• Develop stakeholder understanding of change initiatives and translate impacts into practical outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on change management methodologies, frameworks and best practices.
• Deliver coaching, education and guidance to managers, staff and key stakeholders.
• Design and implement change management plans, tools and strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis activities.
• Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks, issues and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and practical solutions to support successful adoption.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple projects and programs.
• Monitor project interdependencies, risks and overlapping change impacts.
• Prepare reports, executive briefs, strategic documentation and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
