Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of a government client for a Transformation Support Lead to join a nationally significant program. You will help govern, plan, track and report on strategic initiatives, while maintaining dashboards and preparing briefings for senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to work with delivery teams and executives across functions. Initial security clearance is mandatory, with potential NV1 requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, PMO, portfolio, program or project delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, planning, tracking and reporting of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, briefs and governance documentation for executive stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, roadmaps and performance reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor milestones, risks and issues across multiple initiatives.
• Support risk management and benefits realisation activities.
• Promote best practice portfolio and project management.
