Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management, implementation or business adoption initiatives within complex organisations.
• Ability to assess organisational impacts and support stakeholders through change.
• Experience developing and delivering communications, consultation, engagement and training strategies.
• Strong capability in business readiness assessment, risk identification and implementation planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated change and implementation plans across multiple workstreams.
• Assess impact of process and system changes on employees and ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication activities.
• Design and coordinate training programs and user guidance.
• Conduct business readiness assessments and identify adoption risks.
• Support implementation activities and provide post-go-live support.
• Monitor adoption, feedback and business outcomes after implementation.
• Develop procedures and templates to enable long-term ownership.
