Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Change and Education Lead to design and deliver change and learning initiatives for a key people-focused program. You will collaborate with program, payroll, HR and business leaders to develop engaging education solutions and drive lasting behavioural change.

The role is based in the City West campus, full-time fixed term until 30 September 2028, with a salary in the AU$135,226–AU$144,672 range plus 17% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transformation, change programs and large organisations.
• Ability to design and deliver education solutions and change interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in HR/payroll contexts and sensitive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change and learning initiatives to support pay accuracy and entitlements programs.
• Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging education solutions.
• Drive adoption of improved processes and practices and reduce risk.
• Lead the Change and Education stream within the program team.
