Job summary

The University of Adelaide seeks a Change and Education Lead to develop and deliver education and change initiatives within the Pay Accuracy and Entitlements Program at City West. You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs and stakeholders to craft engaging learning solutions that improve understanding, reduce risk and drive lasting behavioural change.

The role is based at the City West campus, is full-time and fixed-term until 30 September 2028, with a salary of AU$135,226–AU$144,672 plus 17%

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading and developing teams to deliver transformation and/or cultural change in large organisations.
Experience in leading change associated with business transformation, regulatory compliance, remediation programs, or operating model change.
Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change strategies and plans.
Demonstrated success developing and implementing change strategies that support adoption and behavioural change.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver change and education initiatives for a major pay accuracy and entitlements program.
Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning solutions.
Drive adoption of improved processes and practices and reduce risk.
