Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Change and Education Lead to design and deliver change and learning initiatives for a key people-focused program. You will collaborate with program, payroll, HR and business leaders to develop engaging education solutions and drive lasting behavioural change.

The role is based in the City West campus, full-time fixed term until 30 September 2028, with a salary in the AU$135,226–AU$144,672 range plus 17% superannuation.

• Proven experience leading transformation, change programs and large organisations.
• Ability to design and deliver education solutions and change interventions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in HR/payroll contexts and sensitive messaging.

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams to deliver transformation and/or cultural change and capability uplift in complex and large organisations
• Demonstrated experience in leading change associated with business transformation, regulatory compliance, remediation programs, or operating model change
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change strategies and plans
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing change strategies that support adoption, behavioural change and sustainable business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in driving behavioural change and adoption of new processes and controls
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments, as well as stakeholder analysis
• Significant experience designing and delivering learning, education and communication programs for large and diverse stakeholder groups
• Understanding of human resources and payroll contexts and managing sensitive messaging
