Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Change and Education Lead to develop and deliver change and learning initiatives that support a key pay accuracy and entitlements program. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to create education solutions and targeted change interventions that improve understanding, reduce risk, and drive lasting behavioral change.

You will lead the Change and Education stream, working with payroll, HR and business leaders to deliver engaging learning

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams to deliver transformation in large organisations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading change related to business transformation, regulatory compliance, or remediation programs.
• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change strategies and plans.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption and behavioural change for sustainable outcomes.
• Experience in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Significant experience designing learning, education and communication programs for diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of human resources and payroll contexts and managing sensitive messaging.
