Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Parkville, Melbourne is seeking a Training Lead for the UKG Pro Workforce Management rollout. You will design, develop, and deliver learning programs to enable staff across 5,000+ employees to transition to new rostering and workforce management processes.

Reporting to the Change Manager, you will lead training strategy, conduct needs analyses, create resources, and facilitate delivery across face-to-face and online formats. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale training programs.
• Strong instructional design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience developing role-based learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual learning programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and using insights to improve learning outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.

Responsabilités

• Designing and implementing the training strategy for the UKG Pro Workforce Management rollout.
• Conducting training needs analyses and developing role-based learning pathways.
• Creating training resources including facilitator guides, learner guides, eLearning modules, presentations and quick reference materials.
• Delivering engaging face-to-face, virtual and online training programs.
• Developing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training.
• Partnering with stakeholders to validate training content and learning approaches.
• Monitoring training outcomes and recommending continuous improvements.
• Publishing learning content and administering training activities through the Learning Hub (LMS).
• Reporting on training progress, participation and organisational readiness.
