The Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne seeks a Business Analyst to translate operational needs into clear requirements across the Rostering Project. You will lead discovery, map processes and ensure traceability from requirements through to testing and training.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, support complex rostering, payroll and HRIS workstreams, and contribute to a flexible hybrid work environment with strong staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and transformation within complex system implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation skills.
• Ability to map current/future state processes and define acceptance criteria.

• Plan and run discovery sessions, workshops and validation discussions with stakeholders.
• Document current and future state processes, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to configuration, testing and training.
• Analyze gaps and options to enable timely decision-making.
