Job summary

Supported Care in Queensland is seeking a Rostering Team Leader to manage the Malaysian rostering team and coordinate rosters across services. You will support staffing requirements, respond to changing needs, and ensure high-quality support for participants.

The role offers growth into the aged care sector, opportunities to develop workforce initiatives, and collaboration with operational teams to improve rostering processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering, scheduling or administrative support.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with rostering systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain employee rosters across multiple services and locations.
• Manage planned and unplanned roster changes, including leave coverage and shift replacements.
• Respond to short-notice staffing requirements and roster disruptions.
• Monitor workforce availability, qualifications, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records across rostering and workforce management systems.
• Support payroll and timesheet verification processes.
• Liaise with employees and operational teams regarding staffing needs and roster amendments.
• Assist with workforce planning initiatives and operational reporting.
• Identify and address workforce risks and service delivery concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and rostering process enhancements.
