Qualifikationen

• Experience in project coordination, ideally within health, education or workforce development.
• Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the implementation of the RPL Framework across South West Healthcare and the South West Local Health Service Network.
• Support a workforce reform initiative to reduce duplicated training and improve workforce mobility.
• Coordinate project activities, stakeholder engagement, curriculum alignment and content development.
• Develop systems and processes to embed consistent and sustainable RPL practices.
