Contract Resources is seeking an experienced Training & Competency Administrator to join our Perth, WA team. Based at our Jandakot office, this role offers hybrid working opportunities and a schedule of 3–5 days per week.
You will coordinate training programs, maintain compliance records, and support workforce development to keep our operational workforce skilled and certified. Strong organisation and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Due to continued growth and ongoing operational requirements, Contract Resources is seeking an experienced and motivated Training & Competency Administrator to join our team based in Perth, WA.
Reporting to the Training Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating internal/external workforce training, maintaining competency and compliance records, and supporting the ongoing development and capability of our operational workforce. Working closely with employees, operational teams, training providers, and key stakeholders, you will help ensure our people remain trained, competent, and compliant.
