Job summary

ISS Facility Services (Australia) is seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join the in-house recruitment team on a permanent full-time basis. Based in Balcatta with a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH), you will support operational workforce requirements across Western Australia and help deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, source and assess candidates, schedule interviews, and collaborate with site leaders to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Must have previous recruitment coordination experience.
• Recent HR graduate welcome to apply.
• Strong multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries.
• Support high-volume hiring campaigns and manage talent pipelines.
• Source, screen and assess candidates via phone and digital channels.
• Manage interview scheduling, onboarding and compliance checks.
• Partner with site and operations leaders to deliver timely hiring outcomes.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
• Respond to recruitment queries with excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
