CMC Markets in Sydney is recruiting a Trade Services Executive to deliver outstanding client support across phone, email, live chat and messaging. You will act as the brand ambassador, uphold our industry-leading reputation, and continually seek opportunities to enhance the client experience.

The role includes comprehensive training, including RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification, and a path for career development within our high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and client-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre environment.
• Eligibility to work in Australia on a permanent basis.

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps clients returning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and uphold a leading reputation.
